The Divine Mercy Diocesan Shrine at Tulunan, Cotabato by Mindanaoan Artist Kublai Millan during the declaration of Divine Mercy Sanctuary as DIVINE MERCY DIOCESAN SHRINE. It did not only installed a masterpiece in the area, it also transformed the place from a “No Man’s Land” into a peaceful “Healing Shrine”.
